Our nannies and educators are hand picked by our team to ensure the best outcomes for your children and family. Each nanny and educator with Thrive to Five is actively involved in an individualised educational programme and they pride themselves on providing a fun and safe environment for your little ones.

‘It takes a village to raise a child’ however in today’s modern world this sense of village can sometimes be difficult to find. Our Early Childhood consultancy can provide a place for parents and caregivers to go for advice, guidance and support.

What we do

Providing boutique style home based early childhood education and care either in a child’s own home with a nanny, or in an educator’s home in a small group environment with 1–3 other children.

Our early childhood consultancy offers one to one mentoring in your own setting to guide and inspire the parents and caregivers of young children in today’s society.

Individual planning specific to each child’s interests incorporating the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum, Te Whāriki.
Individual child ePortfolios through Educa allow immediate and direct access to your child’s documented learning journey.
Free fortnightly playgroups in the local community available for all nannies/educators/families.
Ongoing professional development for nannies/educators.
